Digital products: All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable.
Physical products: Refunds are only possible for defective or damaged items reported within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us at support@gatesofkrystalia.com with your order details and photo evidence.

Pre-orders and crowdfunding purchases are considered made-to-order and are non-refundable once production has begun.
