1. Who controls your data
The data controller is Top Notch International LTD, company number 13739197, VAT number GB416258304, registered in England and Wales, with registered office at 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. Contact: info@topnotchinternational.com.
2. Scope
This policy covers gatesofkrystalia.com, its localized landing pages, editorial guides, campaign page and free-demo pages. The GoK web application and the external Shopify store have their own notices. When you follow a link to Discord, Gamefound, Shopify, AWeber or a social network, that provider also applies its own privacy terms.
3. Data, purposes and legal bases
| Activity | Data | Purpose and legal basis |
|---|---|---|
| Site delivery and security | IP address, request time, URL, device/browser and security logs | Deliver, protect and troubleshoot the website; legitimate interests in operating a secure service. |
| Language and consent choices | Selected locale, consent categories, policy version and timestamp; stored in your browser | Provide the requested language and remember or demonstrate your choice; necessary service operation and legal obligations. |
| Free demo form | Name, email address, form source and subscription status | Send the requested demo and the communications described beside the form; your request and, where required, consent. AWeber receives the form directly. |
| Analytics | Online identifiers, page views, device and approximate location information | Measure aggregate use and improve the site; only with your analytics consent. |
| Marketing measurement | Online and campaign identifiers, page visits and conversion events | Measure campaigns and advertising; only with your marketing consent. |
We do not ask for account credentials, payment data or gameplay data on this landing website. Purchases are completed on the external store or crowdfunding platform.
4. Recipients and processors
Data may be processed by service providers needed for the purposes above, including Vercel for website hosting, AWeber for the demo and email delivery, and—only after the relevant consent—Google, Meta, TikTok, Reddit and Quora for measurement or campaign attribution. Professional advisers and public authorities may receive data when required by law.
5. International transfers
Some providers or their infrastructure may be located outside the United Kingdom or European Economic Area. Where required, transfers rely on an adequacy decision, approved standard contractual clauses or another lawful safeguard. You may contact us for information about the safeguard relevant to your data.
6. Retention
Consent choices are kept in your browser for up to six months. The language cookie is kept for up to one year. The current card hand is held only for the browser session. Hosting and security logs are kept for the period reasonably required for security and troubleshooting. Demo and mailing-list data is kept until the purpose ends, you unsubscribe or you validly request deletion, subject to records we must retain to honour opt-outs or legal obligations. Analytics and advertising retention depends on the selected provider and is further described in the Cookie Policy.
7. Your rights and choices
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. Use “Cookie preferences” in any footer to change browser-tracking choices, and the unsubscribe link in an email to stop marketing messages.
To make a request, email info@topnotchinternational.com. We may need information to verify your identity. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office or the data-protection authority in the country where you live or work.
8. Children
This marketing website is not directed to children under 16. If local law requires parental or guardian consent for a younger person’s use of an optional service, that consent must be obtained before submitting personal data. Please contact us if you believe a child has provided data without the required authorisation.
9. Changes
We may update this policy when services or legal requirements change. Material changes will be highlighted on the website and the date above will be updated.
